Examples of Personal Information collected: name, address, email address and phone number.Purpose of collection: to allow us to forward marketing communications that we feel may be of interest to you if you have actively consented to receiving it.  You can opt out of processing by unsubscribing.Source of collection:  collected from you.Disclosure for a business purpose:  Provided you have consented we may share your personal information with partners, suppliers and agencies so that they can process personal information on our behalf for example by placing advertising for us.

Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you or intend to enter into with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you.  In this case we may have to cancel a product or service you have with us but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

Automatic decision-making

If you are a resident of the EEA, you have the right to object to processing based solely on automated decision-making (which includes profiling), when that decision-making has a legal effect on you or otherwise significantly affects you.

We do not engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or otherwise significant effect using customer data.

However our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.

Services that include elements of automated decision-making include:

  • Temporary denylist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This denylist persists for a small number of hours.
  • Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses. This denylist 

  1. International Transfers

We do not transfer your personal data outside the UK.  

If we engage with a third party supply who is based outside of the UK or processes your data outsider of the UK, we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to your data.

In relation to Shopify:  Your Personal Information will be initially processed in Ireland and then will be transferred outside of Europe for storage and further processing, including to Canada and the United States. 6. Data Security

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed.  In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know.  They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.


We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator or a breach where we are legally required to do so.


7. Data Retention

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month.  Occasionally it could take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests.  If this is the case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
