Delivery Prices

 All orders placed with The Sofa Clearance Outlet (Excluding accessories) will include free delivery as standard across all UK Mainland addresses (Including Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands). For non-mainland addresses (the Islands of Scotland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight and the Republic of Ireland the delivery and installation fee will be £199.

If you need to rearrange your delivery, we ask that you give us 24 hours’ notice so we can make arrangements with our delivery partners. Failure to do this, or if you miss your delivery, you may be charged a failed delivery fee of £49. 

 

Day of Delivery

We recommend that you take a number of steps prior to the day of delivery. 

  • If replacing a sofa, ensure the old sofa has been removed prior to the Delivery Team arriving. 
  • Ensure all access to your room is free from any trip hazards or items such as sideboards etc. that may restrict getting the sofa into your room of choice.
  • Remove any items such as wall hangings or small accessories.
  • Sofas are often only moved when they are replaced so take the opportunity to hoover and clean around the area before the Delivery Team arrives.
  • Our Delivery Partners are NOT insured to remove other products from your home, such as old sofas. 
  • Our delivery partners are NOT permitted to remove doors, windows or other fixed parts of your home to enable a delivery to take place.
  • By agreeing or asking the Delivery Team to remove the protective packaging prior to the product making its way into your room of choice you will accept all or any damage caused thereafter. You may also be asked to sign a disclosure waiver prior to the team bringing the item into your home.
  • A full inspection of the goods should be made prior to the Delivery Team leaving your property. 

 

What’s included within the Delivery?

Free delivery includes all transport costs from the showroom or Customer Delivery Centre, via our Deliver Partners Network, to your home. Our Delivery Partners will bring your sofa(s) into your room of your choice and set up the sofa before removing all packaging. 

If you wish to cancel your order the items in question must be returned to Sofa Clearance Outlet, Kew Retail Park, Southport, PR8 5RG in the same condition and packaging as when you purchased them and should not show any signs of use. We will arrange the collection on your behalf. A £49 collection  fee will be deducted from your refund. A full refund, minus £49, will be processed within 14 days of the goods being returned.

Sofa Clearance Outlet offer a minimum 2 person delivery to all mainland UK addresses.

We can deliver your furniture in as little at 3 days (Subject to availability)
